Comments: We started riding at Horn Rapids since it was controlled and flat, great place for the kids to learn but it quickly lost its appeal as it as very small. The complex is now a private business as the City of Richland shed its support after the death of a young rider. The complex now charges a family fee of $22, a complete rip off IMHO since it is still public land under management. Unless you are a racer there is little point to going to this park.
